Open Letter to Cookeville Police Department and subhuman officer Hall:

Cookeville Police Department, do you sleep well at night after what your pathetic department did to a poor helpless dog. Do you support this subhuman Hall who did this? If you do, then you are no better than he. You give all police officers a bad name and are butchering murderers. You make me sick to my stomach.
