I'm aware that Officers have to pass many tests and examinations before they can become Police Officers.
Obviously,in the state of Tennessee,they don't have to pass a Common Sense test.......the word
"inbred" comes to mind.

It makes you wonder if they are competent to
write a speeding ticket.
