Local authorities arrest 10 in drug bust

On Friday night, October 11, 2002, Thirteenth Judicial Drug Task Force Agents, T.B.I. Agents and Officers of the Cookeville Police Department executed a search warrant at 935 Clay Street in Cookeville. That search warrant was the result of an on-going investigation conducted by the Drug Task Force responding to complaints of drug activity at that residence.

Ten persons were arrested and several vehicles were seized. Cookeville Police Chief Bob Terry, Chairman of the Drug Task Force Board of Directors, commended the work and cooperation between agencies involved in the operation.

The following persons were arrested and charged:

William Copeland, Jr. (B/M) / 935 Clay St. Cookeville, TN / Possession of drug paraphernalia

Jackie Lewis Wilkerson (W/M) / 745 E. 20th St. Cookeville, TN / Attempt to purchase crack cocaine

Jacob Ryan Bouton (W/M) / 3529 S. Pointe Cookeville, TN / Possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana

John William Roberts (B/M) / 712 Clay St. Cookeville, TN /Possession of drug paraphernalia

James Robert Bilbrey (W/M) / 3519 Brookstone Dr. Cookeville, TN / Possession of drug paraphernalia

Phillip Dudley Lacommare (W/M) / 1404 Apple Valley Court, Cookeville, TN / Possession of drug paraphernalia

Shun (Shawn) Fitzgerald Mullins (B/M) /125 Mullins Dr. Algood, TN /Possession of drug paraphernalia

Kenneth Earl Allen (W/M) / 141 Bowman Branch Rd. Cookeville, TN / Possession of drug paraphernalia

Tammy Allen Thurman (W/F) / 41 villa Court, Livingston, TN / Possession of drug paraphernalia

Diana Lauren Rogers (W/F) / 310 Holder Ave. Apt. 4, Cookeville, TN / Possession of drug paraphernalia
